How It Works
Kids develop a brand, create a product or service, build a marketing strategy, and then open for customers at our one-day marketplace. What better way to learn about business and entrepreneurship?
Originally started in Austin, Texas, the Acton Children's Business Fair has grown to over 4,400 fairs in 797 cities, featuring over 100 thousand young entrepreneurs!
We’re thrilled to partner with the Greater Severna Park and Arnold Chamber of Commerce for our 4th annual fair!
When & Where
Saturday, April 11th, from 1 to 4 pm
Park Plaza Shopping Center, 550 Ritchie Hwy, Severna Park, MD 21146
Fair Details
Children ages 5 to 16 can apply.
Please submit one application for each business. (Children working as a group may submit one application with all children’s info.)
Awards will be given! The categories are most original business idea, highest business potential, and best presentation. Winners will receive $50 and a certificate.
If your business is accepted, there is a $25 fee per booth. Each booth receives one complimentary T-shirt (additional can be purchased).
All businesses are required to bring a pop-tent (10'x10' or 9'x9') and a 6' or 8' table.
